Setting up your seller storefront

You already have one — nothing to switch on

The moment you list your first item, your storefront exists automatically at gemsza.com/sellers/your-id. There's no separate signup, no application, and no fee — it's just part of having a seller account, whether you're an individual clearing out a collection or a shop selling under a name.

What's actually on it

One page showing your name and how long you've been a member, your trust badge, your real buyer reviews and star rating, and — most usefully — every one of your current live listings and your past sold items in one place, so a buyer can browse everything you have for sale without hunting through the general marketplace.

Where to set it up

From your Seller Dashboard, scroll to "Store settings." Everything there is optional and purely cosmetic — you can sell with none of it filled in, it'll just look plainer.

Picking your own link

By default your storefront's link is your account id, which isn't very memorable. Set a "Storefront URL" in Store settings — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, 3 to 40 characters — and your page moves to gemsza.com/store/whatever-you-choose instead. A charity shop, for example, might use something like /store/oxfam-bristol.

Branding it

Add a store name, a short description, a logo and banner image, and pick an accent colour — it colours your rating stars, follow button, and social links throughout the page. You can also list which categories you sell in and link out to your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, or website.

Sharing it for free

Your Seller Dashboard also generates a QR code straight to your storefront link — put it on a packing slip, a business card, or a shop window, and anyone who scans it lands directly on your page. No ad spend needed.
