To operate your account, process bids and payments, send transactional and (where you've opted in) marketing communications, and to power automated fraud, duplicate, and quality detection across listings.
3. Automated decision-making
We use automated scoring to flag listings or accounts for review (for example, fraud risk or duplicate-content scores). These scores inform — but in most cases do not solely determine — actions like delaying a listing; flagged accounts and listings are reviewed by our trust & safety team.
4. Sharing
We share information with payment processors and email/delivery providers strictly to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes thereafter.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account, subject to records we're required to retain by law. Contact support to make a request.
